Adding and Deleting Images

You can add or delete images on your Web pages with Website Builder. You can use images from our Image Library or upload your own images (images you upload display in My Images). You can upload JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, and BMP images, but you cannot edit BMP images using our Image Editor. For information about editing image properties, see Editing Image Properties in Website Builder.

  1. Log in to your Website Builder account.
  2. Click Design Your Pages.
  3. If necessary, from the Page menu, select the page you want to modify.
  4. Click Popular, and then drag and drop the Image icon over a Drop Zone. Drop Zones display on your Web pages when you hover over them.
  5. Go to any of these tabs, and then complete the following steps:
    • Image Library — Select the image you want to add, and then click OK.
    • My Images — Select an image you uploaded, and then click OK. If you have not uploaded any images, nothing displays in this tab.
    • Upload Images — Click Browse, select and open an image from your computer, and then click Upload. Click My Images, select the image you uploaded, and then click OK.

To Delete an Image

  1. Log in to your Website Builder account.
  2. Click Design Your Pages.
  3. If necessary, from the Current Page menu, select the page that you want to modify.
  4. Click the content block where you want to delete an image.
  5. Select the image you want to delete, and then press Delete on your keyboard.
  6. To permanently delete an image you uploaded, click the Image icon from the Popular tab, select the image you want to delete from My Images, click Delete, and then click OK.

To see your changes online, you must publish your website.
