Managing SMTP Relays in the Workspace Control Center

SMTP relays let you send emails through our servers using third-party clients, such as Microsoft Outlook®. To prevent spam, we limit our email accounts to 250 SMTP relays each day. This lets you send 250 emails, using third-party clients, from your email address each day.

You can view the number of SMTP relays remaining in your account. If you want to send more than 250 emails per day from an email address, you can purchase more SMTP relays.

It can take up to 24 hours for SMTP relays to become available.

To View SMTP Relays

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Email.
  3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
  4. Click Tools, and then select Email Setup Center.
  5. Your remaining SMTP relays display in the General Information section.

To Purchase More SMTP Relays

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Email.
  3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
  4. Click Help, and then select Running out of SMTP Relays? Buy more.
  5. Complete the purchase process.

To Assign More SMTP Relays to Addresses

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Email.
  3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
  4. Click View Email.
  5. Go to the View By section, and then click Email Accounts Only.
  6. Next to the account you want to view, hover over the edit icon, and then click Edit.
  7. Go to the SMTP relays per day menu, and then select more relays.
  8. Click Save.
