Viewing Your Pending Orders

When you place an order with us using international payment options, they can take up to 30 days to provide payment confirmation (though it's typically less than 24 hours). While we wait for payment confirmation, we track it as a Pending Order. This means products you order are not immediately available. However, when we receive payment confirmation, we attempt to fulfill the products and services in your Pending Order.

Domain names and other services are not registered or fulfilled until we receive payment confirmation. In the interim, someone else can register domain names in your Pending Order, causing your registration to fail and that portion of your order to be canceled. However, we will fulfill and charge you for any other services from your Pending Order.

To View Your Pending Orders

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Go to the Payments tab.
  3. Click Pending Orders.

Pending Orders display one of the following statuses:

Pending We're waiting for payment confirmation to fulfill your order. Depending on the payment method, you might need to contact the payment processor before they provide payment confirmation.
Canceled You canceled your pending order.

NOTE: If you canceled your order but we receive the payment, we will automatically refund it.
Declined Your payment processor declined the order. However, if we later receive payment confirmation for it, we will process the order.

After we receive payment confirmation for Pending Orders, they become receipts in your Order History and are no longer in the Pending Orders section. For more information, see Accessing your Order History.

While the order is Pending, you can also change Pending Order's payment methods.

Pending Orders more than 30 days old do not display.
