Viewing Your Email Login History

Your login history shows when and where your Web-based Email and Mobile Mail were most recently accessed. Use it to detect unauthorized account access.

NOTE: To find out who owns an IP address, search the internet for "IP address look ups." Some of the addresses in your login history might belong to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or WSP (Wireless Service Provider). These IPs might be times you accessed your account.

To View Your Login History

  1. Log in to Web-Based Email.
  2. From the Help menu, select Login History.

The login history section displays the last five IP addresses used to access your email, the location of those IP addresses, the date of access, and if they were accessed through Web-Based Email or Mobile Mail.
