What do I do once I buy a Web Store Design?

After you purchase any Web Design Service, log in to the Design Manager where you will see a Welcome Page that outlines the steps in the design process. It is also where you will begin the Interactive Online Interview. The Interactive Online Interview allows you to participate in the creation of your Web Store by exploring the elements that make up a Web Store, gathering important information, and making decisions that help your designer create the perfect site for you.

You can stop at any point during the process and easily return when you're ready to continue. This is convenient and also gives you time to reflect on your answers.

After you complete the Interactive Online Interview, a design professional will follow up with you, answer any questions, and discuss the time line for building your Web Store. The Web Store building process does not begin until all of the content for your site is received by our design team.

If you are unable to complete the Interactive Online Interview, a telephone consultation can be scheduled.
