Accessing Your Order History

You can view, print, and search your account's previous orders and refunds.

To Access Your Order History

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. From the My Account page, click Payments, and then click Order History.

On the Order History page, you can do the following:

  • View receipts — To view a receipt, click the receipt number. To view multiple receipts, select the receipts you want to use, and then click View.
  • Export receipts — To export receipts, select the receipts you want to use, and then click Export.
  • Filter receipts — To filter your receipts, from the Filter menu, select the filter you want to apply, select or enter its parameters, and then click Go.

    NOTE: The Domain Name filter will not return some products not directly associated with a specific domain name, such as email accounts.
