Domains By Proxy® (DBP) provides Private Registration for your domain names. When you purchase privacy services, DBP sends you an email message with your customer number, password, and a link to the DBP website.

If you forget your login information, you can retrieve your customer number, retrieve your password hint, or reset your password on the DBP website.

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your DBP account and you cannot log in to update it, you must submit a Request for Email Update Form before you can retrieve or reset your login information.

If you have trouble retrieving your DBP login information or need help with the Request for Email Update Form, contact DBP at accountservices@domainsbyproxy.com.
