Enabling the Web-Based Email Image Paste feature lets you paste images and files as attachments in email messages, or into the body of an email.

To Paste Images and Files as Attachments

You can use the traditional method of clicking Add Attachment, and then locating and selecting the attachment. Or, if you have enabled the Image Paste feature, you can copy and paste the file as an attachment by doing the following:

  1. Locate the file on your computer.
  2. Right-click on the file and select Copy, or highlight multiple files, then right-click and select Copy.
  3. In your Web-Based Email Compose window, right-click and select Paste.

The file is added to your message as an attachment and the file name displays in the Attachments list. This method can also be used to multiple files as attachments to the message.
