Why can't I see the IP Addresses that I purchased for my server in Parallels Plesk Panel?

Use the "Reread IP" function in Parallels Plesk Panel to display your new or additional IP addresses.

To Reread Your IP Addresses in Parallels Plesk Panel

  1. Log in to Parallels Plesk Panel as admin.
  2. Go to the Server tab.
  3. In the Tools and Resources section, click IP Addresses.
  4. Click Reread IP.

Your new IP displays in the IP list.

If your IP addresses do not display automatically, please contact customer support.
