Moving an Email Address to Another Plan

You can move an email address from one plan to another. For example, you might want to move an email address to a plan with more storage space available.

To Move an Email Address to Another Plan

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Email.
  3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
  4. For the account with the email address you want to move, click (Show addresses).
  5. For the email address you want to move, in the Actions column, click (Move Email Address).
  6. In the Move Address dialog box, select the plan you want to move the email address to.

    NOTE: If you select a European plan, you must move all email addresses with the same domain name to that plan. If you attempt to move more email addresses than you have space for in the plan you selected, the Workspace Control Center displays available plans to move the remaining addresses to.

  7. Click Move.
