Express Email Marketing notifies you by email when it has finished updating your list. For more on exporting contact lists, see Export Contact Lists in Express Email Marketing.

The intent is to keep EEM from importing emails that are most likely group/distribution emails addressed to more than one recipient (that is, spam). If you want to include addresses containing these keywords, you'll need do it manually through the sign-up form.
