Viewing Response Reports

Express Email Marketing® provides four different types of response reports, based on the information provided by the campaign or survey respondents.

To View a Response Report

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Express Email Marketing.
  3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
  4. When Express Email Marketing opens, click the Reports tab and select the report you want to review:
    • Campaign Response: The overall response rates for a single campaign or group of campaigns, including the number of mailings sent, opened, unopened, bounced; the number of click-throughs; and the number of unsubscribe requests generated from the campaign.
    • Contact Response: View the cumulative response rates of your Contact list, based on email address. A summary history of all your Contacts. You can view the entire history for specific Contacts.
    • Demographics: Specify the demographic category, such as age, and interest groups for which you want to view Contact information. An analysis of your Contact base, in terms of demographic information. You can view a demographic analysis from a campaign response form (analyzing only those Contacts involved in the campaign) or directly from the Demographics option (analyzing all Contacts of selected interest groups).
    • Interest Groups: View the interest groups for which you want to view membership levels, divided by month. A snapshot of your interest group activity, in terms of members joining and dropping in a given month.
