Recalling Email Messages in Web-Based Email

Oops! Didn't mean to send that!

If you sent a message to another email address on our servers, you can recall the message if it has not been opened. However, if the recipient opened the email, you cannot recall it.

To Recall Emails

  1. Log in to Web-Based Email.
  2. Click Sent Items from your Web-Based Email list of folders.
  3. Open the email you want to recall, and then, from the More Actions menu, select Recall.

Crisis averted.

Note: To recall emails, you must save copies of your sent messages. For more information, see the Composing section of Configuring Your Display Settings in Workspace Email.
