Managing Email Forwarding

To create new forwarding in an account, please see Setting up Forwarding Accounts in the Workspace Control Center.

After setting up email forwarding, you can edit or remove it.

  • Editing lets you change where your email account forwards.
  • Removing lets you stop forwarding email from that address. Removing forwarding also lets you recreate the address.

To Edit Email Forwarding

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Email.
  3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
  4. Click the email forwarding account whose forwarding address you want to edit.
  5. Enter the new email address in the Email Address field.
  6. Click OK.

To Remove Email Forwarding

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Email.
  3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
  4. Select the email forwarding you want to remove.
  5. Click Delete Selected, and then click OK.
