Upgrading or Downgrading Your Email Account Plan

Our email plans can grow with you. Upgrade your email plan to include more email addresses or additional storage space.

To Upgrade Email Plans

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Email.
  3. Go to the email plan you want to upgrade, and then click Options.
  4. From the Customize tab, select the upgrade, and then click Add To Cart.
  5. Click Checkout, and then proceed through Checkout.

To Downgrade Email Plans

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Email.
  3. Go to the email plan you want to downgrade, and then click Options.
  4. From the Customize tab, select your downgrade.
  5. Click Checkout, and proceed through Checkout.
