Using Web-Based Email® you can forward messages as attachments. Forwarding email strings as attachments packages all of the previous message contents and attachments into one, organized, attachment. Sending messages as attachments reduces confusion — recipients can easily identify your message from the pre-existing message contents.

To Forward Emails as Attachments in Web-Based Email

  1. Log in to Web-Based Email.
  2. Open the message that you want to forward.
  3. From the More Actions list select Fwd as Attachment, and then click Apply. A new email is created with a .eml file as an attachment.
  4. Locate the .eml file, and then add it as an attachment to the message you want to send.

NOTE: You can see that instead of a long string of messages under your message, an .EML file is attached to the message. This file contains the preceding message content and attachments.
