Using Letterheads in Workspace Email

Workspace Webmail lets you create letterheads for your email messages, which are graphics that display in your email messages.

To Create and Preview a Letterhead

  1. Log in to your Workspace Webmail account.
  2. From the Settings menu, select Personal Settings.
  3. Go to the Signature tab.
  4. Click Upload Image for the letterhead section you want to use, click Browse, locate the image on your computer, and then click Open.
  5. Select image's repetition options.
  6. (Optional) Select Automatically insert letterhead in HTML compose window, and Match width of message text to width of top/bottom images.

If you did not select Automatically insert letterhead in HTML compose window, you can insert your letterhead by clicking Insert Letterhead from the Compose window.
