Flagging Email Messages

To draw attention to specific email messages, you can flag them within Workspace Webmail.

To Flag Email Messages

  1. Log in to Workspace Webmail.
  2. Select the message, and then, from the More Actions menu, select Flag.

The message now displays with a red flag next to it.

To remove a flag, select the message, and then click Clear Flag from the More Actions menu.
