Remove Payment Methods

If there is a payment method listed in your account that has expired or you no longer want to use for future billing or purchases, you can remove it.

To Remove a Payment Method

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Go to the Payments tab.
  3. Click Payment Methods.
  4. In the Payment Methods list, select the payment method that you want to remove, and then click Delete.
  5. If there are no products or services associated with the selected payment method, select Delete.
  6. Optional: If there are active products or services associated with the selected payment method, do one of the following:
    • Change the payment method for the selected product or service to a different, existing payment method by selecting an existing payment method from the list, and then click Delete.
    • Add a new payment method to associate with the selected product or service by clicking Add a new payment method, and then enter the required information. For more information, see the Adding Payment Methods section above.

NOTE: You must have at least one active payment method in your account if you have active products or services.
