Updating Payment Methods

When your credit card information changes, such as an expiration date or billing address, you can update your information to keep your payment information current and avoid failed billing attempts.

To Update your Payment Method Information

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Go to the Payments tab.
  3. Click Payment Methods.
  4. In the Payment Methods list, use the check boxes to select the payment method you want to update, and then click Update Payment Method.

    NOTE: To see renewing products associated with a particular payment method, on the Payments tab, click Product Billing. The payment method for each of your products displays in the the Payment Method column of your Product list.

  5. Update the Payment Details and Billing Information as needed.
  6. Click Save.
