General Availability

Beginning October 21, 2014, at 18:00 UTC, customers can register .help domain names on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bulk .help registration is supported during General Availability.

Who can register .help domain names?

Anyone can register .help domain names on a first-come, first-served basis.

These domain names can have up to 63 characters, with a minimum of one character, and can contain letters (a to z), numbers (0 to 9), and hyphens (except as the first or last characters of the domain name). You cannot register domain names with special characters such as & and #. IDNs (Internationalized Domain Names) in the following languages are supported: Cyrillic, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Which registry controls .help domain names?

Uniregistry manages and supports the .help domain extension.

For how long can I register .help domain names?

You can register a .help domain name for a minimum of one year and a maximum of 10 years.

When do .help domain names renew?

We'll attempt to auto-renew your .help domain name on its expiration date. We will park .help domain names after the first failed billing attempt. If the domain name isn't renewed within 40 days following expiration, the domain name will be cancelled and removed from your account.

Can I transfer .help domain names to my account with you?
