Why can't I log in to Parallels Plesk Panel Webmail?

If your password is rejected when you log in to Webmail, your email might be disabled.

To Enable Parallels Plesk Panel Email

  1. Log in to Parallels Plesk Panel as admin.
  2. From the menu on the left, click Domains.
  3. Select the domain name for the email account you want to enable.
  4. In the Mail section, click Mail Accounts.
  5. In the Tools section, click Mail Settings.
  6. Verify that Activate mail service on domain is checked.
