Configuring Multiple Quick Shopping Cart Accounts in Intuit QuickBooks

After you have set up one Quick Shopping Cart account, you can add additional stores to your Intuit QuickBooks Integration setup. For information on setting up the initial Quick Shopping Cart account with QuickBooks, see Using the QuickBooks Web Connector.

NOTE: Since you downloaded the Web Connector to configure QuickBooks with the first Quick Shopping Cart storefront, do not download the QuickBooks Web Connector again.

To Add Additional Accounts to Your QuickBooks Integration Setup

  1. Close the QuickBooks Web Connector if it is running.
  2. Click the link to download the configuration file again.
  3. Click No to create a duplicate Web service.

The QuickBooks Web Connector displays multiple Quick Shopping Cart services, indicated with a “-1”, “-2”, etc. after the first service. Be sure to keep track of which service and which password is associated with each Quick Shopping Cart account.
