To personalize your SocialSpace, you can change the background color, select an existing background image, or link to a URL. You can also specify what size (by percentage) to display the original image.

To Change the Background Color on Your SocialSpace

  1. Click Change Background on the menu bar.
  2. Use the color slider to load the basic hue of the color you want into the shade window to the left.
  3. Once you have chosen your basic hue, choose the specific shade you want in the shade window by clicking on the color you want. Your selection will be previewed on your SocialSpace. A history of your recently selected colors will display next to the hue slider. To revert to one of these colors, click it.
  4. When you are finished, click OK.

NOTE: The color picker supports hex values. If you have a specific color you want to use, type its value into the Hex Value box and click preview. When you are finished, click OK.

To Select an Existing Image for Your SocialSpace

  1. Click Change Background on the menu bar.
  2. Select the Background Image tab.
  3. Choose Select Background Image.
  4. Use the arrows or the page numbers to navigate to the image you want to use, and click on the image. The background is applied for previewing.
  5. When you are happy with your selection, click OK.

  5. Click Apply.
  6. Preview the applied image, and modify the size (percent) as needed.
  7. When you are happy with your selection, click OK.
