Changing Your Password

You can change your Web-Based Email password from within the application. You must know your current password to be able to change it from within Web-Based Email.
To Change Your Password
- From the Settings menu, click Personal Settings.
- Click the Password tab.
- In the Current Password field, type your current password.
- In the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, type your new password.
- Click OK.
If you do not know your current password, you can change your password from the Email Control Center.
To Change Your Password in the Email Control Center
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Email.
- On the Manage Email page, click Manage Account for the account you want to work with.
- In the Email Control Center, click on the email address for which you want to reset the password.
- In the Change Password section, in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, type your new password.
- Click OK.
NOTE:Your password must be between 5 and 32 characters.
