Clearing Flagged Email Messages

If you have flagged email messages, you can clear the flags through Web-Based Email.

To Clear a Flagged Email Message

  1. Click the name of the folder that contains the flag you want to clear.
  2. From the message list, select the check boxes of one or more flagged email messages.
  3. From the Apply This Action list, select Clear Flag.
  4. Click Apply.
