Changing Kerio Software to Allow Web-Based Email

To utilize all the features of Web-Based Email, you need to change your firewall security settings to allow pop-ups.

NOTE: These changes apply specifically to Web-Based Email and will only allow pop-ups from your email account.

To Change the Settings for Kerio Internet Security Software

1. Open Kerio Software.
2. Add http://email.secureserver.net to the Site Exceptions list.

NOTE: You must clear your browser's cache and restart your browser for the new settings to take effect.
