Scheduling Events Using Quick Add

You can schedule events through Web-Based Email's calendar by using the Quick Add feature.
To Schedule an Event Using the Quick Add Feature
- Click the Calendar button.
- In the Quick Add box, type the subject of the event.
- From the Date list, select the date the event will occur.
- From the Start Time list, select the time the event will begin.
- From the Duration list, select the duration of the event.
- To send a reminder of the event to yourself, select Send reminder.
- To specify a recurrence, from the Recurrence list, select an option to indicate whether the event recurs, and, if necessary, specify when it recurs.
- Click Add Event.
