The calendar feature within Web-Based Email allows you to plan, schedule, and view events and tasks within your email application.
The following sections show you how to view calendars in different versions of Web-Based Email.
Email Legacy Version
To View a Calendar
- Click the Calendar button.
- To change the view, select one of the following:
- Day View
- View events by day.
- Week View
- View events by week.
- Month View
- View events by month.
- List View
- View a complete list of events.
To Sort the List View
- Click the Calendar button.
- Select List View.
- Select one of the following:
- Event
- Sorts the list alphabetically by event name.
- Date
- Sorts the list chronologically by event date.
- Time
- Sorts the list chronologically by event time.
- Recurring
- Sorts the list by rate of recurrence.
- Reminder
- Sorts the list by reminder.
NOTE: Click a column heading again to reverse the order of the list.
