Through the calendar feature of Web-Based Email, you can add, edit, or delete tasks, specify the subject, due date, and priority, and assign the task to another user.
The following sections show you how to view and sort tasks in different versions of Web-Based Email.
Email Legacy Version
To View a List of Your Tasks
- Click the Calendar button.
- From the Tasks box, click View All.
NOTE: When the Month View is open, you may need to click the Tasks button to view your tasks. The Tasks button displays when the window width is narrow.
To Sort the Task List
- Click the Calendar button.
- From the Tasks box, click View All.
- Do one of the following:
- Task
- Sort the list alphabetically by task name.
- Assignee
- Sort the list alphabetically by the name of the assignee.
- Due Date
- Sort the list chronologically by due date.
- Priority
- Sort the list by priority level.
- Status
- Sort the list by status level.
NOTE: Click a column heading again to reverse the order of the list.
