I cannot read my email messages.
You may need to change your firewall or pop-up blocker security settings in order for Web-Based Email to work properly. If you have one of the following security software programs, follow the link to the instructions and adjust your settings.
- Changing Firewall Settings for Norton Internet Security.
- Changing Firewall Settings for eTrust EZ Firewall.
- Changing Firewall Settings for ZoneAlarm Pro.
- Changing Firewall Settings for Kerio Internet Security Software.
- Changing Firewall Settings for The Proxomitron.
NOTE: Using your account in SSL mode may allow Web-Based Email to operate fully, without adjusting your firewall security settings. To turn on full-time SSL mode, select Use Full-time SSL Mode from the Other tab in Display Settings.
If you are operating another firewall or pop-up blocker program, adjust the settings to allow pop-up blockers from Web-Based Email or add http://email.secureserver.net to your list of approved sites.
NOTE: You must clear your browser's cache and restart your browser for the new settings to take effect.
