Sorting the List View

When viewing lists of events in Calendar, you can sort them by three separate criteria.

To Sort the List View

  1. Log in to your Calendar account.
  2. From the Quick Navigation list, select the calendar you want to view.
  3. Click the List View tab.
  4. In the Start and End fields, specify the date range, and then click View.
  5. To sort the list chronologically by the date and time the events begin, click the Start Time column heading.
  6. To sort the list chronologically by the time the events end, click the End Time column heading.
  7. To sort the list alphabetically by the name of the events, click the Event Name column heading.

NOTE: Click a column heading again to reverse the order of the list.
