Checking for Spelling Errors

Check the spelling in your Express Email Marketing campaign to ensure you present a professional campaign to your subscribers. As you continue to use the AJAX Spellchecker feature, you can add words to the dictionary.
To Check for Spelling Errors
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Express Email Marketing.
- On the Express Email Marketing page, click Open Express Email Marketing for the account you want to modify.
- Click Email Designer, and then click Create Email Campaign.
- Select the content block you want to spell-check.
- Click the AJAX Spellchecker icon (a check with ABC).
NOTE: Misspelled words display highlighted in yellow. - If a misspelled word displays, do one of the following:
- Replace
- Select the correct spelling of the word from the list.
- Ignore
- Skip the identified word.
- Change Manually
- Enter the correct spelling in the text field.
- Add to Dictionary
- Include the word in the spell checking dictionary.
- When finished, click OK.
