Adding Images

When creating a campaign in Express Email Marketing, you can add images from the Image Library, which includes stock images and images you uploaded from your computer. For more information about uploading images, see Uploading Images.

NOTE: You can add images, up to 100 KB in size, in .jpg, .gif, .png, or .bmp formats.

To Add an Image to a Custom HTML Campaign

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Express Email Marketing.
  3. On the Express Email Marketing page, click Open Express Email Marketing for the account you want to modify.
  4. Click Email Designer, and then click Create Email Campaign.
  5. From the Campaign Type list, select Custom HTML.
  6. Click the Add Image icon.
  7. Select Image Library, and then select a category to add a stock image to your campaign, or select My Images to add an image you previously uploaded to your account.
  8. Locate and select the image you want to add, and then click OK.

To Add an Image to a Campaign Template

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Express Email Marketing.
  3. On the Express Email Marketing page, click Open Express Email Marketing for the account you want to modify.
  4. Click Email Designer, and then click Create Email Campaign.
  5. From the Campaign Type list, select either Product Promotion or Announcement.
  6. Select a template, and then click Next.
  7. Click Your Photo Here, and then do one of the following:
    • To use an image from another Web site, enter the URL for the image.
    • To select an image from the Image Library, click Select, select Image Library, select a category, locate and select an image, and then click OK.
  8. Click Apply.

NOTE: If you add image hyperlinks, you must use images from a publicly accessible Web site.
