You can view the status of your Express Mail Marketing subscribers on the Overview page. The subscriber status lets you know which of your subscribers are active and are receiving your campaign. The possible subscriber statuses are:

Active
Subscribers become active if they have opened at least three email campaign messages. Also, they become active if they click on an image or link within a message.
Unverified
Subscribers remain unverified if they have not opened at least three email campaign messages or clicked an image or link within a message. If we receive a bounceback email, the unverified subscriber is deleted.

NOTE: If we receive too many bounceback or undeliverable emails from unverified subscribers, your campaign will be suspended.

Disabled
An active subscriber becomes disabled because of a soft bounced email. A soft bounced email is a message that may have been returned because the recipient's mailbox was full, the mail server was temporarily unavailable, or the recipient no longer has an email account at that address. You can enable or reactivate the subscriber on the View Subscribers page.
Removed
An active subscriber is removed when an email is hard bounced. Hard bounces occur when the email address is invalid. You can reactivate removed subscribers through the opt-in link or manually add the address using the Import wizard.
Deleted
An unverified subscriber is deleted from the subscriber list because of a bounced email. Deleted subscribers can only be re-added using the opt-in link.
Confirmation Required
Subscribers with this status were imported to your subscribers list prior to November 2007 but have not yet confirmed their intent to join your mailing list.
