Express Email Marketing reports show you the results of your efforts in terms of response rates and subscriber activity. Each report offers a high degree of flexibility so you can determine exactly what information to focus on and how far to drill down into the data.
Express Email Marketing offers five basic report types:
- Campaign Response Report
- The overall response rates for a single campaign or group of campaigns, including the number of mailings sent, opened, unopened, bounced; the number of click-throughs; and the number of unsubscribe requests generated from the campaign.
- Subscriber Response Report
- A summary history of all your subscribers. You can view the entire history for specific subscribers.
- Survey Response Report
- The results of a particular survey. You can filter options to view a detailed analysis of each survey. Survey respondents are identified by IP address.
- Demographic Report
- An analysis of your subscriber base, in terms of demographic information. You can view a demographic analysis from a campaign response form (analyzing only those subscribers involved in the campaign) or directly from the Demographics option (analyzing all subscribers of selected interest groups).
- Interest Group Report
- A snapshot of your interest group activity, in terms of members joining and dropping in a given month.
