Scheduling All Day Events

You can schedule a Calendar event to last all day, which shows your time as busy for the entire day.

To Schedule an All Day Event

  1. Log in to your Calendar account.
  2. From the Go to list, select the calendar you want to use for scheduling the event. The Go to list is in the menu bar on the right side of the window.
  3. Click the Add Event button.

    NOTE: By default, the Details tab is open.

  4. Select All Day.
  5. Continue completing the fields as you want. For more information about scheduling events, see Scheduling Events Using All Fields and Lists.
  6. Click OK.
