Entering Payee Tax Information for U.S. Citizens or Legal Residents

You enter your tax information when setting up your payee account. The exact procedure depends on your current residency. Payees who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents can submit tax information using our online form. Foreign payees cannot submit tax information online. Instead, foreign payees must complete the applicable forms and fax or email them to us.

To Add a Payee Account for a U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Account area, click Account Settings.
  3. Select Payee Accounts.
  4. Click Create Payee.
  5. Select I am a U.S. person (including U.S. resident alien).
  6. Enter all applicable tax information, and then click Submit.
