Setting Discussion Options

To Set Discussion Options

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Quick Blogcast.
  3. Click Manage Account next to the blog account you want to modify.
  4. From the Manage Blog menu, click Settings.
  5. Click the Discussions tab.
  6. You can select the following options:
    Allow HTML in Comments
    Allow users to use HTML in comments they submit.
    Email New Comments
    Receive email notices when users submit new comments.
    Email New Trackbacks
    Receive email notices when users add trackbacks to entries.
    Moderate All Comments
    Specify whether you want to moderate comments by approving them before they are made public.
    Moderate All Trackbacks
    Specify whether you want to moderate trackbacks by approving them before adding them to entries.
    Allow Anonymous Comments
    Allow users to leave anonymous comments.
    Enable Comment Paging
    Limit the number of comment threads that display on each page, and then specify the # of comment threads per page.
    Enable Emoticons
    Replace typed characters that represent facial expressions or emotions with small images.
    View Comments As
    Select whether you want to list comments by thread or linearly.
  7. Click Apply.
