NOTE: This article only applies to Deluxe and Unlimited Hosting accounts running Hosting Configuration 2.0.

Enabling CGI error collection allows you to view your site's error logs for a period of twenty-four hours, after which error collection stops and error logs are not available to view. If you extend the expiration date while error collection is taking place, all existing error logs are deleted and the collection process begins anew.

For information on viewing errors logs, see How do I view my CGI error logs?.

To Enable CGI Error Collection

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, select Hosting.
  3. Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click Manage Account.
  4. In the Settings section of the Hosting Control Center, click the Error Logs icon.
  5. Click Update.
