If you are experiencing difficulty viewing videos uploaded to your Web site, you may need to install the Windows Media Player® add-on from Mozilla®.
You can download and install the Windows Media Player add-on by visiting Mozilla's Firefox add-on page. You can also visit https://addons.mozilla.org and search for the Windows Media Player plug-in.
