Editing Your Email Address Settings

Once an email address is set up in our system, you may edit your settings at any time through the Email Control Center.
NOTE: You can only modify the settings of one email address at a time.
To Edit Your Email Address Settings
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Email.
- Next to the account you want to use, click Manage Account.
- If you have unused email plans, and have not previously disabled the pop-in message that displays, click View All to view your complete list of email plans.
- Click the name of the email address you want to edit.
- Modify your email address settings as necessary:
- Change Password
- If you want to change your password, enter and confirm a new password for this email address. Your new password must contain between 5-32 characters.
- Forward Carbon Copy
- If you want to forward a copy of all messages sent to this address to another email address, enter one or more email addresses.
- Incoming Box Size
- If you want to change the amount of space allotted to this email address, specify the portion of your total storage space to allot to this email address.
- Incoming Mail Settings
- If you want to have all messages that are sent to unknown addresses at your domain forwarded to this address, select Make Catchall Account.
- SMTP Relaying
- If you want to change the number of messages (relays) you want to send each day from this email address, from the Relays per Day list, select the number of relays.
- Set Auto-Responder
- Select Auto-Responder if you want to write a message to send automatically in response to email messages you receive.
- If you are creating an auto-response message, specify the From Name and Message Subject you want to use.
- Click OK when you are finished.
NOTE: It may take up to 15 minutes for your changes to take effect.
