To Upgrade or Downgrade Your Email Account Plan
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Email.
- On the Manage Email page, click the account name, listed under Email Account, for the account you want to upgrade or downgrade.
- In the Account Details section, click the Upgrade/Downgrade Account link.
- In the Upgrade/Downgrade Options section, select the email plan that you want and then click Continue.
- In the shopping cart, review the list of products that you are purchasing, select a payment method, read and confirm you have read the Universal Terms of Service, and then click Checkout Now to complete your transaction.
