If you're experiencing problems retrieving your email, please update your DNS zone file entries as follows:
MX Modifications:
- MX 0 - smtp.secureserver.net.
- MX 10 - mailstore1.secureserver.net.
CNAME modifications:
- Map mail.XXXInsertDomainHereXXX to pop.secureserver.net
- Map pop.XXXInsertDomainHereXXX to pop.secureserver.net
- Map smtp.XXXInsertDomainHereXXX to smtp.secureserver.net
- Map email.XXXInsertDomainHereXXX to email.secureserver.net
- Map e.XXXInsertDomainHereXXX to email.secureserver.net
- Map mobilemail.XXXInsertDomainHereXXX to mobilemail-v01.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net
- Map pda.XXXInsertDomainHereXXX to mobilemail-v01.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net
- Map webmail.XXXInsertDomainHereXXX to webmail.secureserver.net
After your DNS provider has entered these records, please allow 4-8 hours for .COM and .NET domains and about 24-48 hours for all other domain extensions for these changes to complete.
