Delete a Spam-Overrun phpBB Site

If phpBB was installed manually and not through the Hosting Connection, then all files that were installed will need to be uninstalled via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). These files and database must be deleted from the hosting account manually.
If phpBB was installed through the the Hosting Connection, the files will need to be uninstalled via the Hosting Connection.
Uninstall phpBB From Your Hosting Account using Hosting Connection
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Hosting.
- Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click Manage Account.
- In the Content section of the Hosting Control Center, click the Hosting Connection icon. The Hosting Connection displays.
- Click the My Applications tab.
- Click the Install Details next to phpBB.
- Click Uninstall.
- Select whether or not all files associated with the application should be deleted, and whether or not the database associated with the application should be deleted.
- Select your reason for uninstalling.
- Type OK in the field to confirm that you want to uninstall this application.
- Click Continue.
phpBB will be removed from your hosting account. You will receive an email once the uninstall is complete.
