Adding and Removing Additional Storage Space in Online File Folder

The Online File Folder comes with varying amounts of storage space, depending on the plan that you purchased. If you require additional storage space, you may purchase it in incremental packs.

To Upgrade Storage Space

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Online File Folder.
  3. Select the Online File Folder account you want to upgrade.
  4. Click the Upgrade/Downgrade Online File Folder Account Hyperlink.
  5. Specify the plan you want to upgrade to or the amount of storage space you want to add to your Online File Folder account, and then click Continue.
  6. Proceed through the checkout process.

If you no longer need the additional storage, you may remove it from your account.

To Downgrade Storage Space

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Online File Folder.
  3. Click any link with a plus sign (+) next to it under Storage Space for the account you'd like to downgrade.
  4. Select the storage units that you want to cancel, and click Yes.

NOTE: If canceling additional storage drops the capacity of your Online File Folder below the amount of storage currently in use, your account will be locked. Future uploads are unavailable until additional storage is purchased or files are purged to free up storage space.
