From Online File Folder, you can send product feedback to the Online File Folder team, email a question to our Online Support team, or access our Online Help Center.
To Send Feedback, Email Support, or Access the Help Center
- Log in to Online File Folder.
- In the upper right corner, click the Feedback link.
- Click one of the following:
- Customer Support
- Enter your contact information, select the product with which you need assistance, enter your question, and then enter the access code. Your message is sent to our Online Support department and will be answered as quickly as possible.
- Product Suggestions
- Enter your comment or suggestions for the product, enter your contact information, enter your email address, and then click Submit. Your comments are sent to our Online File Folder development team.
