What if I lose my password?

We cannot retrieve a lost SSL account password. If you forgot your password, you may create a new one instead.

To do so, go to the login screen of the SSL Web site and enter your User ID and the email address you used when you set up the account, then create a temporary security code. Do not forget your security code, as you will need it to reset the password.

Once you have entered the requested information, you will receive an email message that contains a link to the page that allows you to reset your password.

NOTE: You must click on the link and reset the password within 30 minutes.
