Once you purchase ColdFusion for your hosting account, you have to enable it in your Account Manager.
NOTE: Due to compatibility issues between ColdFusion and IIS 7, adding ColdFusion to a hosting account running IIS 7 causes an automatic downgrade to IIS 6.
To Enable ColdFusion on Your Hosting Account
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, select Hosting.
- Click on the name of the hosting account you want to upgrade.
- In the Hosting Account Details section on the right, click Apply ColdFusion to this Account.
