Retrieving Your CIRA Account Information for .ca Domains

You may need to manage some of your account modifications through the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA). If you forgot your CIRA account information, CIRA can email it to the administrative contact listed for the domain. You can submit a request through the Domain Manager or through CIRA's Web site at https://registrants.cira.ca/user.

To Retrieve Your CIRA Account Information Through the Domain Manager

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. In the My Products section, click Domain Manager.
3. Click Preset Profiles.
4. Click the .ca profile.
5. Click the .ca domain.
6. Click Retrieve Account Information.

CIRA emails the account information to the administrative contact associated with the domain.
